Leaks hardly ever start where the water shows up inside. We walk the roof, check flashing, vents, valleys, and penetrations until we find the actual source. Then we fix it — and document it, with photos, for your insurer.

03Storm Response
When a tree comes down or ice backs up under shingles, you need someone on-site before water does more damage than wind. Emergency tarping within 4 hours, permanent repair scheduled as soon as conditions allow.

04Gutters & Drainage
A good roof can fail quickly if water doesn't leave fast enough. We install seamless aluminum gutters, gutter guards, and properly-sized downspouts and extensions. Also: we actually clean them, too.
